This 42-story Marriott-operated hotel in the heart of Times Square was designed in partnership with Ian Schrager and developed by Witkoff. It features 452 guest rooms, including 26 suites with outdoor terraces and a penthouse suite. The hotel offers 18,500 sq. ft. of event and public space, including a restaurant and nightclub.
