Founder & CEO

Ryan Jabs is the founder and CEO of Jabs Group, a boutique project and cost management firm specializing in luxury hospitality, high-end retail and high-end residential developments. With extensive experience leading sophisticated projects across premier markets including California, New York, Texas, Florida, and D.C., Ryan is known for his meticulous attention to detail and seamless execution.


Ryan has been working in the industry for over 15 years. His expertise spans Owner’s Representation, Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management and Design Management — all delivered with a refined, client-first approach that ensures every space reflects elegance and exceptional guest experience. Ryan’s leadership combines strategic insight with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, making him a trusted partner in creating timeless, distinguished destinations.

Anna Izquierdo

Senior Project Manager

Anna Izquierdo is a Senior Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in hospitality, high-end retail and mixed-use development. At Jabs Group, she represents owner interests, drives coordination across consultants and contractors, and ensures projects stay on schedule, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

 

Anna’s background includes managing hotel and restaurant upgrades, overseeing simultaneous new-build hotel openings, and leading complex retail design and construction projects. She has successfully delivered fast-track timelines, guided large-scale developments and expanded client partnerships by taking on additional projects based on outstanding performance. Anna has worked with some of the most recognized global brands in hospitality and high-end retail, earning a reputation for her hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills and ability to keep complex projects moving without losing sight of the details.

Trey Tan

Director of Cost Management

Trey Tan is Director of Cost Management at Jabs Group, where he manages project costs and budgets from concept through completion. His expertise spans cost estimation, procurement, contract administration and financial reporting—ensuring every project is delivered within budget while meeting schedule and quality goals. Trey plays a central role in value engineering, risk assessment and change management, advising clients and collaborating with design teams, contractors and project managers to deliver cost-effective and successful outcomes.


Before joining Jabs Group, Trey was Associate Director of Cost Management at ELK Development, where he integrated finance, construction cost management, and accounting to support large-scale development projects. He previously served as Cost Manager at Turton Bond, overseeing budgets for residential, retail, and data-center projects in Southern California. Trey began his career as a Cost Estimator for a general contractor, where he helped secure and manage hospitality, education, and transportation projects ranging from $15M to $225M. His experience spans both ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects across diverse sectors.


Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Arizona State University.

Georgia Burkard

Project Manager

Georgia Burkard is a Project Manager who leads and supports projects through meeting coordination, budget tracking and procurement. With a strong foundation in real estate investment and development, she brings both analytical rigor and hands-on project experience to her role. 

 

Previously, Georgia spent over two years in investment management with one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the U.S., gaining deep exposure to large-scale real estate operations. She also built industry experience through internships in hospitality-focused private equity and project management, contributing to high-profile hotel developments in New York and Los Angeles. Georgia has collaborated with some of the most prominent names in hospitality, real estate and investment, and is recognized for her precision, adaptability and ability to bridge financial and operational perspectives to keep projects moving smoothly.

Amie Marben

Development Manager

Amie Marben is a Development Manager and real estate development and construction professional with over 15 years of experience managing high-value hospitality, high-end residential and mixed-use projects. With a background in architecture, interior design and urban planning, she blends creative vision with technical precision. 

 

Amie has led landmark developments from concept to completion, overseeing entitlement, design, procurement, construction and closeout. Known for her hands-on leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Amie excels at guiding cross-functional teams, meeting critical milestones and delivering projects that exceed brand and operational expectations. Her portfolio spans luxury hotels, branded residences and urban infill projects, with expertise in both ground-up construction and adaptive reuse.

Matt Affrunti

Project Manager

Matt Affrunti is a Project Manager with nearly five years of experience leading large-scale hospitality construction and renovation projects. Most recently, he oversaw the restoration and reopening of the iconic Waldorf Astoria New York Hotel—one of the most complex hospitality projects in the world, requiring landmark preservation, modern system integration and coordination with diverse stakeholders. This experience sharpened Matt’s expertise in managing high-end hospitality projects, including scheduling, budget oversight and on-site execution. 

Before focusing on hospitality, Matt worked for a general contractor, where he built a strong foundation in construction operations and coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.

Bernardo Navarro

Project Manager

Bernardo Navarro is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in luxury hotel and high-end residential construction. He has successfully led projects for prominent brands like Marriott and Thompson Hotels, overseeing the execution of construction tasks, trade coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards. 

 

Bernardo is recognized for his leadership in ensuring project delivery and operational readiness, making him a valuable asset in the development of high-end properties.
