This 11-story hotel features 190 guest rooms, 16 suites and sweeping views of the Hollywood sign from its rooftop bar and pool. There is 15,000 sq. ft. of public and event space, including two restaurants. Interiors were done by Tara Bernard & Partners.

Oversaw and restructured the development and construction teams. Led the ground-up construction team from construction to hotel opening by Hyatt. During time at Relevant. Jabs Group performed the Marriott conversion in 2025.
