The property has over 30,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor public and event space, featuring 12 dining, nightlife and entertainment venues, including a rooftop pool and deck. Partnered with Stineberg Heart and Gensler.

Oversaw construction and turnover of all public spaces. Managed the design, procurement and construction of those 9 F&B venues and support areas.
