Chef Evan Funke’s critically-acclaimed Roman restaurant in a restored 1931 Art-Deco Citizen News building in Hollywood. Led by Rockefeller Partners Architects and designed by MBDS, this 8,600 sq. ft. space includes a 3,000 sq. ft. open kitchen and pasta lab. Seats approximately 150 guests and has two private dining rooms.
Oversaw the historical renovation of the main building and construction of the restaurant. Managed the design and procurement process. During time at Relevant.
