A 5-star hotel in the heart of Tribeca with 96 rooms, including 30 suites, within a renovated eight-story brick building. The property features a rooftop venue, restaurant, spa and screening room. Designed by MBDS in a Parisian Art‑Deco style.
Managed the hotel rooms from design to pre-construction and completed model room. During time at Cumming.
