Located in D.C.’s Union Market District, this 6,000 sq. ft. two-story venue introduces Desert 5 pioneertown to the nation’s capital. Built within a second-generation restaurant space, this project features a special off-site fabrication process which enabled custom and high-end design features, while significantly cutting cost and reducing project schedule. The ground level has a restaurant and dedicated music stage, while the upper floor includes a DJ booth and open-air terrace.
