Inspired by French cafe and brasserie culture, this restaurant in the Hollywood Grande Hotel (formally Thompson) was designed by MBDS in collaboration with Bernadette Blanc. It seats 125 guests and has a private dining room as well.
Managed the development and oversaw the ground-up construction from design to post opening. During time at Relevant.
